    My experience with Best Buy, A1 from the start to finish. The geek guy took his time and thoroughly explained latest tv tech. This is thr 1st time I purchased a big ticket item without seeing it in person. The guy that came to install and get me going was top notch. I will say I have bought 5 tv’s from Best Buy now. When it’s time for #6 I will be buying from you again. TY JMorengo

    Wonderful TV except I did have to have it replaced due to a faulty audio port otherwise the TV was fully operational. Replacement was quick and the delivery staff were wonderful. The picture clarity is very good. I went from a 42 inch to a 65 so quite an adjustment. Watching football last night was amazing.

    Tv has nice screen for cost , good sound , use as bedroom tv, only issue I’ve had to go into setting and reset network twice because it can’t find my internet
