    I love Roku. The delivery was seamless and delivery people were very professional. I had ordered the same TV off Amazon TWICE - and both TVs were delivered with screen damage.

    Ordered a TV, it came damaged. Took TV back to Bestbuy, they sent me a new tv. Although not happy about the delivery, however glad they made things right.

    I purchased while on sale at $550 this tv isn't worth more than $400. Picture quality is decent at best. Better picture was available once you use the roku app on phone to get advanced picture settings.

You've already explored the Expert Picture Settings available on the mobile app, but we recommend adjusting the TV's preset options, too.     Best tv ever I am able to stream Netflix Hulu Disney plus YouTube you name it they have it works great. Control is awesome with voice nav use it all the time also use remote app on phone.

    I purchased this TV in December and within 1 month there is a thin black line across the display. So I contact Best Buy support through chat and am repeatedly told since it is still under manufacturer warranty that I have to work through Roku even though I purchased Geek Squad Protection. I argued that I purchased protection so I wouldn't have to go to the manufacturer but kept getting pushback. So I contacted Roku, they ran me through the diagnostics, confirmed I have a warranty claim and try to tell me I have to do that through Best Buy. Here we go. I stuck to my guns and made them agree to start one through them but would be called back that same day. A week and 4 phone calls later, nobody has called. I keep being told don't worry. Someone will call, and the last person simply disconnected the call. After the third call I also received an email from them asking if I still needed support on the issue and in the message where there was supposed to be a description of the issue for my reference, it was blank! Throughout all this I had visited the Best Buy store where I bought the TV and the person there had told me I needed to call Geek Squad and arrange for someone to come out and diagnose it and then go forward from there (which is what I had been trying to do in the first place). But when I called the number, the person there told me that was incorrect and that I had to contact Roku since they are one of the vendors that prefer to deal with the issues when they are still under warranty. So began the chain of fruitless phone calls with people you can't even understand on the other end. The rate this is going, the TV will be out of manufacturer warranty by the time they address it. On the plus side, at least I will be able to deal directly with Best Buy (who have been great to work with)

    This television is good and so far I have had no problems. I purchased a sound bar with it, and when it turns on it transfers to the sound bar and it’s a little annoying, but other than that all is good

    I purchased a 65-inch Roku TV for around $450, and within just a couple of months, the screen went completely black. Unfortunately, this experience has been nothing but frustrating. First, I learned that if your TV is 65 inches or larger, Best Buy’s warranty doesn’t cover in-store service—you’re left to deal directly with the manufacturer. I contacted Roku support, and the process has been exhausting. They asked endless questions, provided no real help, and made everything unnecessarily complicated. After being put on hold multiple times, wasting hours of my time, and dealing with the stress of it all, I gave up. To make matters worse, they couldn’t locate the TV’s serial number and essentially blamed me for it. I feel scammed. For a $400 TV, I’m just going to toss it and move on with a better brand like Samsung. If you’re considering a Roku TV to save a couple of hundred dollars, I strongly recommend spending a bit more on a reputable brand like LG or Samsung. It’s not worth the headache.

    when i first got the tv every thing worked great, but i soon had to reset it every month. that went on for the first year. After that the unit seemed to work OK. But now after my second year it shuts down by itself and keeps kicking me off the direct tv app. I'm not pleased with the unit at all !!!! Should last more than two years it'll be my last one . It's too bad I've been a roku fan from the beginning

    This is very nice TV only thing is that it doesn't connect properly to my echo speaker. The sales person was only worried about selling the TV. Didn't explain that Roku speak will only work with the TV.

    I like t1 one last thing get a sound bar for quality audio. e size and clarity. My last tv was 25 yrs old we will see how long this one lasts.

    The screen looks great but has been going black with audio staying in place.a quick reboot works fine but it’s worrying. Overall though if it wasn’t for that it would be 5 stars

    Great TV for the price. Lots of useful features and low price, compared to other smart TV's. The sound is ok, like all flat screens. Still better to purchase a sound bar.
