    Had for 3 long days, roku system is nice and easy but nothing but issues, not connected, then getting stuck on updating, and then freezing up and can’t do any thing. Was warned by worker to go a different route but wanted to roku system. Very disappointed! Took it back.

    Had tv about 3weeks and the picture constantly blacks out. I initially thought it might be doing so due to connecting a surround sound bar, so I disconnected and the tv still blacks out. I rarely watch this tv and it’s already practically nonusable because the video keeps dropping out (while the audio continues). I must restart the tv for the picture to return. Very unhappy with this product!

    Poor color contrast, poor sound quality. Tv glitched 3 weeks after purchase (picture distortion with red burnt appearing faces. Text pixels were unreadable.

    Well we really liked it until it went black and won’t do anything after 1 month. I’m in the process of hopefully getting it replaced by Roku since the return time was over. So far missed the call and they didn’t email me like they said.

    1 year and 4 months after purchase andnow i am having problems with sound. Geek squad not aloud to fix rokus so i could not get the extended warranty

    A pixel was out having to deal with roku instead of being able to just return it to the store even though it was within the 30 day return period

    Had the first set replaced after 1 week. The second unit is starting to have the same problems of dropping internet connection and or the soundbar. Not really worth the money.

    Picture is just okay. Processors are slow. Don't expect the eARC to work the way you want; the TV "decides" the audio passthrough sent to your AVC, so it's not true passthrough. Very many issues using AppleTV app with Roku TV.

    We purchased this TV just a little over a month ago and now it is not working. There is sound but no picture. We have to try to get a resolution from the manufacturer. Super frustrating. DO NOT BUY THIS TV.

    Best But sold me a defective TV. I purchased this TV this past February, only to work for about 8 months then it stopped working.

    Very impressed with the quality of this TV. The colors are quite nice and the HDR is very good. If you're looking very carefully you can notice a slight delay the the local dimming but it's mostly unnoticeable. Love the Roku interface. Communicates well with my audio receiver over eARC and I have Dolby Atmos working great. The in built speakers sound fine.

    Installation was quite easy. The picture is as advertised. The roku remote has an input for headphones in case you are watching television in your bedroom and your spouse is a sleep. For the money I think this TV is an excellent value.

    I've been rocking an old TCL-brand Roku Smart TV for about 10 years. It still works great, but it's old enough I worry about pairing it with Roku's new wireless audio (the audio was the weakest part of that older model) and I was looking for a slightly bigger screen. And then Roku came out with their own smart TVs! It sets up very easily and paired with the Roku Soundbar seamlessly. The picture is great and the sound is leaps & bounds better - I almost considered returning the soundbar as necessary. But as good as the TV sounds on its own, the soundbar gives an extra depth to the audio that is well-worth it.

    Easy to set up, sturdy, good picture quality, but be aware of the width of the legs as they were too wide for my mantle and I had to purchase a universal stand on top of everything.

    Super happy with our new Roku 65 inch TV. It was really easy to set up and is easy to navigate through the Roku operating system. Picture quality is excellent out of the box. We haven't done any tweaking on anything. Sound quality is unparalleled and really doesn't even need a sound bar. Couldn't be more happy at this point after a couple months of use.

    I'm not a TV fan, I just watch TV a few hours a week. But I found this TV easy to set up and understand. The only problem is the remote does not light up. Years ago I told myself only by a tv with a lighted remote, but I forgot. I'm sure I can use my phone, but a lighted remote would be great.
