    Have had this display a week and it has a good picture which is the only reason this is not a 1 star. However, using Hulu live on the built in Roku app has been very disappointing. The audio goes out of sync with the picture, way out of sync. I had a Roku ultra 4k on a different display in the same exact spot and it worked flawlessly. Fast internet and I even added an access point in the same room and no improvement. Other TVs in the house are not having any issues.

In the meantime, when audio sync error occurs please exit the Hulu application and try to launch your show again. Be sure to update your TV to the newest 12.0 OS once it's made available to your unit. You can check your current OS by going to Home, Settings, System, Software Update.

    Long time lover of Roku TVs and when I recently lost my old one to a lightening storm it was a no brainer for me to buy another one. Love the Roku interface and I don't think there is a better valued television available.

    I love the colors and the sound is great. My only issue is, i have had this television for a few months and it has stuck pixels. I have green dots in the middle of the display and its very noticeable.

    I bought a Roku 65" Plus Series TV. It is a decent tv with acceptable image quality for the price, however build quality is questionable. After 2 months a series of pixels turned green and a horizontal grey ghost line appeared midway through the screen. I called Roku Support and after the usual "have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in?" line of questions, they agreed it needs to be replaced. After about a week of waiting they outsourced the job to a company called ITI. After another week of waiting ITI finally contacted me to say the TV would arrive the next day, and that they could have it installed immediately. The following day I received a call from a 1099 contractor who does business with ITI. He stated that he would be able to come "tomorrow". Fast forward to "tomorrow" and no call, no answers to my calls, and no communication whatsoever. I lodge another complaint with Roku. Two days later, I received a call from ITI to schedule the exchange. They manage to get the contractor on the line and all parties agreed for a scheduling date the following Monday at 10:00am (the contractor's earliest availability. Well, Monday at 10:00am (today) has come and gone...still no replacement TV, still no resolution to the issue.

      Hi Paul, great question. Allow us to clarify—the TV indeed boasts a QLED display, which is a high-end advancement of the standard LED technology. Best Buy's product listings often simplify things and label them under the broader category—hence the 'LED' tag. So, in essence, all QLEDs are LEDs, but not all LEDs are QLEDs.     The picture quality was not what the other reviews stated. It was slightly grainy on most streaming apps. YouTube videos looked good. I returned and the other brand I purchased has a significantly better picture quality.

      Hi Jay, thanks for your review. Although you've returned the TV, we have a tip that may help for any of your future needs. Please know that incorrect display settings may cause your streaming content to only play 1080p even when your TV is capable of 4K, HDR, or 4K Dolby Vision. In order to view content at the best and highest resolution, ensure that your Roku TV's display settings are set to Auto-detect. This will automatically select the best display settings based on the selected content you're streaming at the moment.

    I just purchased the Roku - 65" Class Plus Series QLED 4K Smart Roku TV and no one from Best Buy can tell me why there's a 300.00 price difference between it and the Roku - 65" Class Select Series 4K Smart Roku TV version. It's very frustrating that not one employee can help me with this product information about this or even seems to be interested in doing so. More than likely I'll just return it and purchase a TV from a different company.
