Not bad for the price

First is the quick set process which was seamless and no problems unless you dont already have a roku account . Secondly, in order to get the full quality of this tv you have to keep in mine of the type of apps you used. If you’re using an xbox or ps5 of sort be sure to set it up to use its potential . Other apps such as netflix that charge for better quality will effect how the tv displays . Overall i purchased for gaming and i enjoy it. As for apps i have mixed feeling about this tv

Don’t Waste Your Money!

Great 65" for a decent price.

I don't really have anything to complain about, the full aray local dimming is really nice and allows for very decent viewing day or night. I haven't used the built in speakers but if I had to guess I'm sure they're not great. Definitely connect it to a sound system.

65”roku tv

Called best buy and they would not let me return it to them because i didnt get their geek squad protection plan my mistake, they said i have to call manufacturer to take of it so called Roku and it is july 2 and still no help with getting my tv replaced or even the money back. I recommend if you buy from best buy always spend your money on the protection plan no tv should go bad in less then 2 months. And because best buy really didnt seem to care they just lost my business.

Poor Customer Service

Even though we had scheduled the date 2 weeks prior 4) currently waiting for another replacement (I bought this a month ago) Each time you call Best Buy expect to spend 30-60 minutes for holds and slow service Overall terrible customer service, you can’t even go the store and have the problem addressed. You are stuck Forget the deals and products, the customer service is so poor that nothing is worth buying online

Great tv for watching sports

I took some time, did some research, and came up with this Roku 65 inch, QLED 4K smart tv. Setup was easy and pretty quick. After setup was complete, I began watching the 1st week of college football. The color and the light of this tv is phenomenal. I love how vibrant the colors are and how the lighting and automatic dimming of the QLED pixels allow for a clear, colorful, theatre like picture. I didn't realize the difference between 4K LED tv and a 4K QLED tv until I bought this one. It's a definite upgrade. This tv was easy to pair with my surround sound system and makes for a theatre experience when I turn out the lights and watch a movie. I am extremely happy with my purchase and got a great tv for the price ( very reasonable). It was very easy to deal with Best Buy for delivery. I was constantly updated from a week ahead of time right up to the hour before delivery. This made it easy for me to schedule my time to be ready and present at the time of delivery. The delivery person contacted me with a phone call when they were on their way to my house. Overall, this has been a great experience from the day I ordered this tv to the time it was delivered and I set it up. I would highly recommend this tv and ordering it from Best Buy. I give this whole purchase experience two thumbs way up!

Shaky Start

I originally wanted an OLED but my budget lead me to this tv! I love the bright display, ease of use, and sound is great (using mounted tv option). However, I’ve had to reset this tv twice due to “wifi connection issues”, “screensaver display no showing” and “losing button/home screen sound” which raises a bit of concern on having to reset so often on a newly purchased tv. I’m hoping these were minor issues and are now worked out, but I’m keeping my receipt close!

Gorgeous 4K Picture & Seamless Streaming
