Easy set up, easy to download apps, love the home screen. After buying roku sticks we finally decided to buy a roku tv, we love it. Best Buy delivery service was excellant.

Bought this tv five months ago. After two months the picture started messing up and we would get a black screen or partial black screen when watching tv and has progressively gotten worse. Reached out to Best Buy three weeks ago and they referred us to Roku support. Neither have been a help after several emails(with pictures attached) and phone calls with support basically calling my husband a liar and said they received no emails or pictures. Husband resent emails with the time stamp from a week ago. We’ve had several Roku’s in the past that were cheaper than this one and lasted for several years. Very frustrated that we can’t get a resolution to this problem and will be our last purchase from Best Buy and Roku.

This is our third TV with the Roku interface—easy to use and super reliable. Picture quality is excellent: bright, sharp, and vibrant right out of the box. It’s been great for movies and streaming. Very happy with the purchase.
