    Great picture quality for the price. Mostly use it to let our toddler watch Cocomelon, but the few shows we watched looked great. Works great with our sound bar

    So far we are loving this TV. My last one was coming up on 8 yrs old and the sound wasn’t working anymore. I love how it turns itself off.. saves electricity. My dog loves the new tv too.

    I purchased a 65 inch TV from Best Buy the latter part of 2023 with a 5 year warranty. Well, the TV went out this past Saturday and of course I've been on the phone with their customer service representatives since Saturday to make sure my warranty will be honored. Well today I've set up an appointment for Wednesday of this week for my NEW TV to be delivered. Thank you very much Best Buy....this is why I am a regular shopper.

    Sound quality is great compared to last TCL qhich had to be turned all the way up. Also dont have to adjust sound between ads or scenes. However, Tv backlight went out after 5 months. Otherwise wouls have been 5 stars for picture and ease of use. Reaching out to manufacture for warranty
