    I love ruko and when the tv works it’s wonderful. Great picture, sound, and streaming. The remote is voice activated and has a headphone jack built in. The problem comes in when the tv repeats 5-10 seconds and then the audio is not synced to the video.

    The tv was easy to order on line. The delivery guys that brought it to my home were very professional, Mike & Joe a great job showing me how to use it and the difference from the others I have in my home! And they removed the broken 1 and hauled it away. If I need another tv or appliance I’ll be ordering it from Best Buy

    I have gone into this technology kicking and screaming! But I have to say unlike some new tech item my 65” Roku is the best investment I’ve made so far. I LOVE this tv. Sound quality is unbelievable, picture quality can’t be beat. Once installed it was a snap to set up my Apps. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
