    This TV is mostly great. The picture quality is good and the Roku operating system is excellent for the most part. However, there are two glaring issues: first, there is an audible hiss that enters the audio stream after watching anything for more than a few minutes. Muting and unmuting the TV fixes the issue immediately, so I know it's not a problem with any external components. Easy to fix each time but still annoying for a brand-new TV (this issue cropped up just a day after my return window closed). Second, you can't disable HDR mode for HDR content—and HDR on this TV looks terrible. It's so disheartening to see the otherwise excellent brightness of the TV drop down into gray mush whenever HDR content starts playing. I thought I could disable this in settings, as you can with a standalone Roku box, but no such luck. Roku's official stance is that turning off HDR is not available. I wish I'd returned this TV.

    I absolutely love my Roku tv! It is such great quality and I got it for such a great Black Friday deal! The store pick up was so convenient and staff help me load it into my car with such great care!
