    After 1 year and a couple of months, the TV got stuck in restart loop, no recovery mode and the tech support from Roku told me you need to replace it. What a horrible service, it's clearly a software issue but I have to replace the whole TV and out of my pocket

    First, the TV is awesome and setup in minutes with great picture and sound. The BAD, West Kendall FL Best Buy is not the place to buy anything. No curbside or help for a monster TV. Just slide it at you and calls out “Next”. An understaffed Best Buy in Garland TX or Kalispell MT treat customers better. I only wish Florida City had more in stock items.
