    I purchased this tv on Apri 10, 2024. It came with a 1 yr warranty. As of Aug 17, 2025 the tv stopped working. I have sound with no picture. I did everything recommended to get a picture. Reboots and soft resets and live chats to no avail. I called the place I purchased it from and was told that I could pay $125 to have someone to come look at it. If it is a panel problem (which it is most likely on this TV), the repair will cost more than the TV cost. One year after purchasing a TV, I am now looking to purchase another television. Not happy!
