    Realized after getting a second roku tv that its better to just have one. They automatically try to link everything you have on one with the other

    Burnt out in 14 months and limited functionality

    Do not buy. The screen won't turn on even though you can hear it moving across apps after 14 months of moderate use in a 2 person household. Ignoring that, if you want to cast anything to it, you need the app installed on the TV, which defeats the purpose of casting. It also has a narrower range of apps than other manufacturers. On top of that, the picture quality was subpar.

    Junk...Shuts off on it's own every few minutes

    Purchased this TV in June. It started shutting off on it's own shortly after, but was once in a while thing. Not it shuts down every few minutes. Went to BestBuy and been told that I will need to reach out to Roku for warranty....

    Didn't even last 2 years

    I bought this TV in Oct 2023 and it has already failed. Even though it is cheap and it works great for a year, I'm sure other TVs at this price can last more than two years. The warranty is conveniently for only 1 year and repairs are not covered by best buy unless you pay for the additional coverage/protection. Buyer beware.

    Decent tv for the price. Picture refresh is slower than what we thought it'd be. Synched up nicely with the Roku sound bar - but without it sound was not great quality.

      Hi TechDad, thanks for sharing! Please know that you can fine-tune your listening experience in two different ways. First, visit your Roku home screen and navigate to Settings, then Audio. Next, begin streaming a show or movie and while it's playing, press the star * button on your remote. Select Sound settings and navigate through the options to adjust your sound modes, speech clarity, and volume modes.

    Several of my family members have Roku TVs and love them. I decided to give one a try. Granted my TV is in use alot but my back light went out literally in a year. Time for a new tv already.

    Bought this tv at the end of March 2025 and here it is August 2nd and the tv no longer works don’t waste your money on this tv buy one that’s twice the price since you will have to replace this junk in 4 months

    Absolutely dreadful image quality. It’s supposedly 4k but everything looks 720p. I’ve tried every single picture setting and this TV has an image that’s ridiculously dull. I’ve had 30 year old tube TVs sharper. If someone has a remedy, please let me know. I’ve tried several inputs, various streaming service, every picture setting, and the image still looks abysmal.

    Best Buy customer service is great. Roku customer service leaves alot to be desired TV was junk and Roku wanted me to jump through hoops, I went to best buy and explained the problem salesman said no problem we'll bring you a new free replacement, I chose a similar LG and it works great.

    Customer experience a disaster. Purchased online on Friday. All weekend I get updates that it’s coming on Monday. Monday morning I get a text saying delivery is 2 stops away. Then later on they prompt me to make a delivery appointment with the earliest available being on Thursday. I cancel the order and place a buy online curbside pickup and order for the same day - ready in an hour. Three hours later I drive to the store, there’s 30 Best Buy employees on their phones not doing a thing in the store. I ask the customer service desk if they can get the TV. They say they couldn’t and my order is in process. I have them cancel that 2nd order. I walk 40 feet away, grab the same TV myself and take it to the register and pay for it myself, take it outside to my car and load it up myself. What a joke of a customer proposition. The TV was only in stock at Best Buy.

    Backlight failure less than 2 years

    This tv lasted just 22 months. The backlight failed. I’m replacing it with a different brand. This is a known issue with Roku tvs.

    bought new online. picked it up. came home and realized there is no manual, tv stand, remote. Realized they gave me a open box. called customer support, he starts blaming me for not checking. Uh. how would i know what a open box looks like, looked brand new to me. guy starts giving me major attitude. worst experience ever.

    Never again will I buy best best

    Purchased at Ocala store on 09/13/2024 and when it was plugged in, screen display was nothing but lines. Defective tv, from the box, screen isn’t broken but displays only lines. Tried to contact store, can’t speak to any person, we also purchased 77” Samsung Oled tv at the same time, we haven’t yet removed from box as waiting for wall mount, but honestly may return it as well as now I’m hesitant to purchase Best Buy products and customer service is non existent with live person from the actual store ourchased.

    What a piece of garbage. Not even a month later, got the black screen. Best Buy can’t fix it because Roku doesn’t supply them with parts. Roku won’t fix it because they said it’s a hardware problem and they only fix software. Worst tv and customer service

    HD content on this TV is not a good picture.

    Beware there is very little 4K/UHD content out there so if you are expecting a 65 in TV with excellent UHD picture you will be disappointed watching HD content. Fact is my 8 year old 43 inch Insignia 1080 HD has a better picture than this 65 with HD content. I read that it is supposed to "upscale" HD content but I do not see it. I am returning it.
