Bad Buy

The tv hss terrible quality volume issues. Tv looks small old and crappy. No help whatsoever. Horrible customer service. Horrible employees all around. They couldn't even figure out how to give me a warranty. Had nothing but trouble and issues.

Frustrated!

My uncle hooked it up and it showed a picture for a minute and then went blank. I returned that and delivered another one that wouldn’t turn on! We bought circuit breakers, called Geek Squad and Roku to no avail. So I ordered a different brand

Great TV but having problems

Terrible service

I brought it back they said they would take it once as an exchange but not a return. They also would not price match the price I got it for originally first they send you damaged items than charge you more. Terrible service

Not worth your time

It had always done some weird shading when flipping channels but this is totally unacceptable. I’ve had televisions last ten years without issues. Inferior product!

Buyer be aware.

TV picture terrible

Everything is showing red or blue or black on 95% of the channels. The only time I can get a good picture if I am watching a black and white movie. Put in a work order and did not here back from you all. Called the exchange # on 2/12 and received good service. I have a new TV scheduled for this Friday.

Don’t Buy

Of course it’s just over the manufacture warranty.

Unsatisfied customer

The t.v was defective upon arrival at my home. It took me about 3 weeks for me to get my refund and thats only because i brought the the t.v back myself.

Really bad twice!

Garbage open box
