This seems to be the new normal for Best Buy these past 2 yrs, always rescheduling & products not available after you purchase them.

Bad customer service

Attempted to exchange, but store would not remove from mount and put new one up unless I paid for installation. I had my handyman put the original TV up as I am disabled.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We've had a 55" TCL Roku t.v. and it hardly lasted a year, was not happy. I was extremely interested in the fact that Roku was starting to manufacture their own televisions, so we bought this 65" and just wow. The screen is so crisp and vivid, the home screen works quickly, no lagging. The fact that it's made by Roku rather than being just powered by Roku, but made by someone like Onn or TCL was really the selling point for me. It had the normal amount of HDMI ports, four if I'm not mistaken, and the normal USB port. It has a headphones 3.5mm jack, an LAN port, an Optical port, and a coax hook up for an antenna. It also has a HDMI E-Arc for the television to communicate with the soundbar and still send picture to the port, which would work flawlessly with the Roku Smart Soundbar, I'm sure. The feet of the t.v. are super easy to install, the setup of the t.v. is also rather easy to navigate. This particular model also came with "lost remote finder" which I haven't had on the 4 other Roku's, snd as long as you have a smartphone or tablet, you can install the Roku app, and use that as your "remote", just to navigate the home screen to options, locate remote, and it will legit "page" your remote. There's a speaker on the bottom of your remote. It even has different sounds you can use, and all of them are good and loud, what an interesting feature. I literally have nothing bad to say, it starts up very quickly, shuts down quickly, super easy to connect game systems to. Let's just hope the internals of this television last longer than the one made by TCL. As I mentioned before, our 55" TCL didn't last hardly a year, due to the backlight failing for absolutely no reason. 10 out of 10, would certainly buy again.
