    Ha, the fact that Best Buy asked me to review an order they cancelled on me just goes to show how disconnected corporate Best Buy is from the customer. I purchased a 65” tv for pick up, upon receiving my confirmation I was advised not lay this tv down for transport, so I decided to have it delivered. My order had a button to switch to delivery, but it was grayed out, there was an option to cancel the order, so I did that. Not wanting 2 tv’s I waited for my email confirming my cancelation and then went back online and ordered another one for delivery, got my confirmation email and also confirmation of my delivery date, sounds great, until a few minutes later when Best Buy cancelled my order citing terms and conditions, but not which term and condition, so I went on the online chat helpdesk. Almost 1 hr. of my time wasted, during which I was transferred 4 times to someone who was supposed to be able to help me, but couldn’t the end result was to be told I can only order one tv per 24 hrs., in the hope they would reinstate my order or create a new one I kept pointing out that I did not have an active order for a tv, I only want one order/one tv. All the helpdesk people seemed very kind, but unable to help, the final one probably broke protocol by admitting that Best Buy Corporate is very frustrating and not at all flexible enough to allow its employees to help me and was very sorry, but my only option was to wait 24 hrs. I did wait until the next day, but I went to Target and got the same tv for the same price. I’m sure I don’t rank as a platinum spender at Best Buy, but over many years I’ve been very loyal going there for appliances, home entertainment, chrome books and tablets, but not anymore, as I told the helpdesk person I am done and won’t be back

    This is a nice TV for the price. We use it only for TV viewing - no games or other things. I don't LOVE it because the picture and sound and not as sharp as I would like. Maybe that's because it isn't a higher end TV. Also isn't a smooth transition between the two remotes. But we have it mastered and would still recommend in thsi price range

    This was for my 94 year old Mother. Roku doesn't make it easy to turn it into a dumb TV. The best thing was the price. Forced registration to get your email and internet connectivity to set it up was annoying. I made a new email address for the registration and then deleted it afterward with fake name, etc..... LOL! I only selected Roku because you can get a big button remote for that brand. My Mother can't use those tiny standard remotes. BTW: Their remote is useless, no numbers to quickly change channels. Nobody wants to up arrow 50 times to get to one specific channel and the "guide" is pretty laggy also. If you don't need the big remote, buy LG instead. I love my C3 model.

    TV works fine. We love the Roku content, but the picture quality is not as clear as our lastTV . It is noticeably not as bright not as sharp.

    Poor tv longevity

    This Roku 65 inch tv only lasted 1.5 years, which is pitiful! It had a black screen with sound. Then sound stopped. I tried all resetting processes with no luck. Of course one year manufacture warranty. I would question the purchase of this tv without getting an extended warranty, but this tv should have lasted longer. It did function well while it worked.

    Junk for now

    TV has not worked right from day one. Locking up, closed caption coming on at times. Finally after about a month it wouldn't shut off. Unplugged....now its a brick on the wall. NOT HAPPY. Looks like getting a hold of Roku is going to be challenging. Two hour wait for a chat. I may end up putting my old trusted Insignia back up. 12 years and still works good.

    Fantastic TV until backlight went out

    Bought under the TCL name originally back in 2022. Worked exceptionally well until the screen went black today. After enough investigation, we figured out it was a backlight issue. I was considering buying another one of these until I found other reviews mentioning the same backlight issue, so be weary of this if you purchase it.

    We bought a RokuTV from Best Buy. It broke—hardware failure—after less than 13 months. Roku did not stand behind the product because it was outside of one year. They clearly make poor quality products and don’t care about stealing your money.

    Open Box “Good” = Broken
