Horrible customer service from both companies

We bought this TV 2 months ago and it’s already BROKEN and we paid $200 for a 5 year warranty. NO SCREEN, NO PICTURE! Just black. Best Buy said Roku has to fix it. It’s been 2 weeks and ROKU won’t help us or call us back. They said they won’t replace TV. We paid over $1,000 and got junk

Okay for the price

Have owned various brand TVs over the years and this is my least favorite. The picture quality is okay but was expecting more since I upgraded to the “plus” instead of the class select series. I played with the picture settings but it didn’t help. If I hadn’t already paid for having it mounted when I noticed the picture quality I would have probably returned.

Under Perfoms - Dissappointed

Audio is pretty good but not great. I expected more out of the Roku Plus flagship TV, but it is about like a TCL 4 series, so to me it's maybe a $600 TV. Support had been typical Roku, which means they take the issue, ignore it, then send you an email saying if you still have the issue let them know and that goes into a support loop. I wish I had never bought this TV. I've had a lot of TVs in my 72 years and this is the worst. I wish I had I am a long time streamer and Roku devise and TV OS user.

Piece of junk

I have 18 devices associated with my account. This TV has been a DISASTER to own. If you watch Netflix, then you will want to stay away from this tv. It doesn’t work. It stays stuck at either 20% or 24% loading when launching a show. All other apps (HBO Max, Hulu, YouTube TV) work great and I had an Ethernet 1GBPS connection. I have tried the support forums to no avail. Then continue to make the mistake of calling the technical help desk and have had an open ticket for the last 3 months with ZERO update. They continue to tell me that the ticket is with the back end team with an high priority. This keeps the problem for me to deal with and still no Netflix. All I want is my money back for me to go and buy a different Roku device. The Roku tech support have been terrible to deal with. That is too bad because overall the product has been generally great (hence me owning 18 devices).
