Piece of junk

I have 18 devices associated with my account. This TV has been a DISASTER to own. If you watch Netflix, then you will want to stay away from this tv. It doesn’t work. It stays stuck at either 20% or 24% loading when launching a show. All other apps (HBO Max, Hulu, YouTube TV) work great and I had an Ethernet 1GBPS connection. I have tried the support forums to no avail. Then continue to make the mistake of calling the technical help desk and have had an open ticket for the last 3 months with ZERO update. They continue to tell me that the ticket is with the back end team with an high priority. This keeps the problem for me to deal with and still no Netflix. All I want is my money back for me to go and buy a different Roku device. The Roku tech support have been terrible to deal with. That is too bad because overall the product has been generally great (hence me owning 18 devices).

bad picture

The picture was not worth the price

Only has one picture adjustment (brightness). The picture was not better than the old TV I replaced. I returned it to buy a Samsung.

Bait and switch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a Roku 75" Class Plus Series QLED 4K Smart RokuTV (Model: 75R6A5R), which is supposed to come with a 30 day free trial of Fubo TV. I received the redemption link from Best Buy in my email and created my new Fubo TV account on my computer. Then I launched the Fubo TV app on my Roku TV, but I can't activate it. So I called Fubo TV customer support for help and they told me that the Best Buy 30 day free trial cannot be watched on the TV. It can only be watched on small screens like computer, tablet or phone. To watch it on my TV, I need to upgrade, which is basically paying to subscribe to the service. I wanted to see which service I like better--Fubo TV or or Youtube TV. Well, Fubo TV is out of the mix before the race even started.

The 30-day Fubo TV trial does indeed allow you to stream from up to 10 devices at once, including TV screens, but only when they're all connected to your home internet. Outside of that, you can stream on three devices on the go. It's important to note that Fubo has a restriction where only one TV device can stream at a given location at a time. Great ROKU TV!
