      Hi Alisa, this is a bit unusual, and we're here to help. It’s possible that the cause of this issue is the Sleep Timer feature being enabled.     Surpassed expectations very good for gaming only thing it's lacking 120hertz but still play games pretty smooth sound is ok for tv speakers but I use a sound bar so that wasn't a deal breaker for me.

    Half screen turned dark 2 weeks after purchase

    I purchased this TV because I like Roku and 2 weeks later after using it the night before half the screen turned black and is dark to see.

    This is a good TV. The picture quality is decent. I like our Fire TV a bit more but the operating system is nice, responsive, and it’s a 75” TV so if you’re looking for a big TV in your budget, get this one!

    Bought the TV a couple weeks ago, finally found time to set it up. I am reasonably intelligent, enough to make my way through several technological issues, but this was a frustrating experience to set up and link with cable box and surround speaker system. TV speakers are nothing to call home about. I bought a VIZIO surround speaker system. TV keeps citing the surround system isn't connected, but the surround system is working . . . weird, go figure. Cable company remote works when I choose Cable viewing option using the TV remote, but the cable company remote doesn't turn the TV on or off nor affect the volume. It may be due to the cable box and remote being older tech than the TV, but it won't pair up. I have to use the TV remote to get to cable, then I can use the cable remote. Using multiple remotes is unacceptable. In the Live TV setting channel search, none are found, otherwise it defaults to streaming only. Finding solutions beyond the initial set up instructions is impossible. I finally got everything functional through the TV remote, except I have still have to use 2 remote controls to access then watch cable tv. But now there is a vertical thin blue line on the screen. Tried various things to get rid of it to no avail. If this cannot be resolved, I will return the TV. I'm rating picture quality poor due to the thin blue vertical line on the screen, TV speaker quality fair, but the brightness levels are fine.

    I bought the tv, paid $64 to get it home in an uber. Got it home and it was broken. Best buy set up for me to get a new one 2 weeks late(yes 2 weeks because I couldn’t get it back to the store). They brought the new tv and the guys who brought it took the remote with them. In order to set the tv up you need the special Roku remote, needless to say after ANOTHER 2 weeks of trying to get JUST THE REMOTE they wanted to send me a WHOLE NEW TV just for the remote. So long story short horrible customer service,I went a month without using the TV because I got a broken one and then one without a remote and customer service literally solved nothing so I ended up having to figure it out in my own after spending $600. No phone call from Best Buy to check up or anything. I took a day off from work(loss off $300) to get a tv with no remote and no service or care from Best Buy. Figured they would at least compensate me something for bringing me a second TV with no remote and me missing a whole day of work, but I didn’t even receive a phone call.
