    I bought the tv, paid $64 to get it home in an uber. Got it home and it was broken. Best buy set up for me to get a new one 2 weeks late(yes 2 weeks because I couldn’t get it back to the store). They brought the new tv and the guys who brought it took the remote with them. In order to set the tv up you need the special Roku remote, needless to say after ANOTHER 2 weeks of trying to get JUST THE REMOTE they wanted to send me a WHOLE NEW TV just for the remote. So long story short horrible customer service,I went a month without using the TV because I got a broken one and then one without a remote and customer service literally solved nothing so I ended up having to figure it out in my own after spending $600. No phone call from Best Buy to check up or anything. I took a day off from work(loss off $300) to get a tv with no remote and no service or care from Best Buy. Figured they would at least compensate me something for bringing me a second TV with no remote and me missing a whole day of work, but I didn’t even receive a phone call.

    Roku falsely claims this TV works with Roku sound bars "and" satellite speakers (it's actually an "or" option.) - there is a web site link that states they are fixing this in February. (we'll see.) Black screen has luminous "clouds." Not visible other than on the black screen.

    It’s okay but not great. Pixel is not great even if you’re uding 4k.

      Hello! Help is here! As a quick try unplugging your Wi-Fi router for at least 60 seconds to fix this. Then, restart your Roku TV by going to Home > Settings > System > Power > System Restart.     Do NOT buy this TV i beg you for your own sanity. The internet connection just stopped working after 30 days. Best Buy will not take anything back past 15 days. The Geek Squad aka “Couldnt Care Less Squad” told me to call Best Buy Geek Squad because i purchased a 2 year warranty through them. So I called and they said i had to call Roku bc the warrantly doesnt kick in until the manufacture warranty runs out. After an hour on the phone with Roku, he tried to tell me it was my internet even though 200 other wifi items are working perfectly. I also told him that i plugged it directly to ethernet which still didnt work. He then said he doesnt know what it is but that i would have to wait 72hrs for someone else to call me back from Roku. I wasted an entire Saturday on this piece of trash. You get what you pay for. Its all a scam. Geek Quad is a joke, the warranty is a joke, and Roku Customer Service is a joke.
