    Not even a month, broke, Best Buy refused exchange

    This TV went black screen 28 days after purchased on the best buy card. Best Buy refused to exchange it because it was after the 15 day mark. So I haven't even made a payment on it yet and it doesn't work and Best Buy refused to exchange it. Kinda dirty. I guess I have to pay for it and cancel their card. I will not be a customer again.

    Opened the box and the screen was broken looked like it was at the end of a pallet no dents in the box or dents or scratches on the card bored plate over the screen when I took it back to Best Buy they wouldn’t take it back now I’m out 481$

    The TV didnt come with the cotrect screw size/length for its own TV stand. Now I’m having to go out of my way and find the correct scews!
