I bought 2 and exchanged the 2nd one for the Roku streaming stick. And then you also only need 1 remote to control the tv and channels as opposed to 2 remotes required with this model.

Sales people need to be more helpful

We out them in two older TV's and didn't think we needed the ones for 4K. The sales person agreed, but she didn't explain that the remotes were different. Had we know that the 4K unit's remote controlled the tv, we would purchased those units instead.

These lack TV controls (Power and Volume), so you must use your TV remote to control these functions. The current line of new Roku devices is limited to the HD Roku Express. In addition, in Roku model releases, the non-plus(+) models are generally equipped with a simple remote. However, if you wish to have functional access to your TV's power and volume buttons using the Roku remote, we recommend the Roku Voice remote.
