It was easy to install and easy to connect to my streaming services

There is a lot to view free, but the prime channels like Netflix, Hulu etc... Must be purchased also like Peacock you get some free, but to get the good stuff you have to purchase. I love it for the many free Christian choices although I'm not sure I understand why for ever channel you watch you must set up email and password, but that's ok for all the privilege of the free channels. Glad we made the Roku choice. We bought the basic read the reviews for the more expensive did not read anything that made it more appealing for more money.

Replaced a cable box I had in guest bed with this item. Was thinking about an Apple TV, but decided against it since the guest room wasn’t being us very often. Great/economic option. Still get a lot of streaming options with use of my cable provider when we have guest to use the bedroom.

I wanted something a little better for a guest bedroom tv than "rabbit ear's", so I picked this up. So far this is working really well. It's hooked to a tv that's over 20 years old, so I had to also get the HDMI to RCA converter, the picture isn't as crisp as it is with a new TV (had it hooked to a tv that's about a year and a half old, just to see the differences).

Tv with Roku stopped working. I tried all the obvious things and changed the battery in the remote. Went and bought a new remote which wanted me to remove the old program and install a new one to use this remote with. Had the tech come out to check the set and he said the TV must have blipped off and it was not on. A simple turn on and select the right channel and viola set was working.

Bought for older Sony TV. Was simple to set up and use

It seems that I have a Roku ghost who keeps hiding the remote. They never return them until a new one is purchased. These are great system components that are always reliable. Bravo, well done Roku!
