We purchased this as an upgrade from our old one that quite working after a few years. This one is much better. I like that it doesn’t just plug into the HDMI port on the back of your TV so reception is considerably better. Logged into Roku, downloaded the apps and was good to go. Would recommend this one.

Really convenient because this was only $30 to upgrade a regular TV to a smart TV.

excellent low cost way to add streaming to an older TV with HDMI input. Advantage over "stick" is that is easily connects to HDMI on an older set with hard to reach HDMI inputs and metal cabinet that shields Wi-FI antenna. Also, can see the IR receiver.

We've used Roku for streaming for many years. We know it well as we've used different versions over the years. Now that we've gone full on streaming we needed more. So I bought 2.

Totally love Roku! We had DIRECTV for nearly 20 years and were used to it. It beat antenna. Now we are looking forward to cash savings and haven’t stopped finding new things to watch.

works as it is supposed to. Rokus pay for themselves pretty quickly when you get rid of extra Cable boxes.

This is the 5th one of these I own. They seem to be more stable than Fire TV. I have one smart Fire TV and there are times we switch over to the Roku because the Fire device locks up or freezes.

Works great and UI is easy to use. I recommend for a child’s who doesn’t have a smart TVs set up in their room.

Roku devices work well and have a great user interface. I think it's the user interface that makes Roku stand out. Amazon, Samsung, etc. all have streaming devices, but their UIs are clunky. That being said, I stream more from my laptop than I do from devices such as the Roku Express, but it was on sale so I figured it wouldn't hurt to have one.
