So much better than using streaming on blu-ray players and 4k players with no lag or Wi-Fi issues. And the fact you can add so many channels and set it for auto to coincide with what you are watching was even better

The Roku Express will allow you to access your Xfinity service and your Xfinity DVR. This will save the monthly rental fee you would pay for the Xfinity adapter.

About to buy another one for my old tv that has a good display but poor wifi connection (had to borrow the kitchen one for a test and it was great)
