Posted .Hello! We appreciate you choosing our products and sharing your thoughts with us. Just to let you know, some devices come equipped with a Simple Remote. These lack TV controls (Power and Volume), so you must use your TV remote to control these functions. The current line of new Roku devices is limited to the Roku Express HD. In addition, in Roku model releases, the non-plus(+) models are generally equipped with a simple remote. However, if you wish to have functional access to your TV's power and volume buttons using the Roku remote, we recommend the Roku Voice remote. The user interface could use some work. There are too many menu selections required. However, it accomplished exactly what we needed for a better TV watching experience. There is still more to explore as far as other uses Roku might provide. If the remote had 'voice commands' it would score a 5/5 review!

We have a lot available to us on this. My biggest complaint is that it will shut down after four hours. It gives you a warning, but if you aren't in the room it exits out.

The shipping was safe and came faster than expected! My Ruko is really the beat part of all because it’s super fast with downloading movies and tv shows. Most of the items on Roku is FREE!
