    I had to get help on the phone to get it set up. It was sort of frustrating at first but eventually it started working. I enjoy my Roku. The old Roku model 2 I had would not update anymore and was having issues.

    Thus far the laptop does everything we were looking for. The laptop is primarily used by my wife. She doesn't do a lot of web surfing or downloading. Her primary use is paying bills online along with banking.

    Works like it says it does. I like the fact that there is receiver that can be put in front of the TV instead of having to plug it into the back like my upgraded model on my second TV.
