This worked perfect for my old TV. Even though it was a smart TV, we couldn't download a particular app but the Roku could. Good buy.

Purchased for my 90 yr old mother for streaming. Tough to teach her new tricks and the Amazon fire stick made it impossible because of all the activity on the screen. The ROKU box however allows you to turn all the noise off and only the apps you want are visible on the screen. Phone calls for help from Mom went from daily to none. For folks that have difficulty moving from cable to streaming, Roku is the way to go.

I bought this item in an rush because they didn't have the regular Roku. This player comes with very few instructions, and there is NO volume button on the remote. It takes a little while to learn to navigate, but it is not difficult. The device provides more television viewing options than anyone could ever imagin,e watching. It will assist me in cutting back on cable bills, which was my primary objective.

Looking for a quick way to add streaming apps to your TV? This is it! It truly is plug-and-play! I purchased this for my father-in-law and I'll admit I was a bit concerned that he wouldn't understand the interface. BUT he very quickly caught on and now has access to all his streaming services. Quick and easy!

This is not the 4K model, if you need that support you will need the higher priced version. If you just want a simple streaming interface to connect to your non-smart TV or an older smart tv that is no longer supporting all of the newer apps this is the best option. Easy to use interface and does not require any new phone apps. The initial sign-in process is a little bit of pain.

No complaints about this product. Easy to set up and easy to use! Plus it was a great price.

This is great for our kitchen tv. It works amazing and now we can watch disney+ and Netflix.

My expectations were low but my payoff was high. I bought this to be able to stream with my non-smart bedroom tv. It worked great, no freeze or image issues. Easy to use. Easy to setup and easy to buy. I sling and it works great for that! Since buying this I upgraded to a smart bedroom tv so i transferred the Roku to a kitchen tv that is smart but didnt have the sling app available. This solved it! Cheap easy and works great!!!

The picture quality is great. If your tv does not have a USB connection the guide says to use a power adapter like your phone has for power. I still had to use my phone adapter because I got a message that my USB connection isn’t providing enough power.
