    I bought this as a gift for my parents. I walked them Through how to use it and once it was setup they love it. Setup was fairly easy - with the hardest part punching in all the passwords. The interface is good, the device responds and loads quickly. I guess my only wish is that HBO Max would be on the device as well. Overall a great gift, even for those who are not too technically inclined to use.
