    great streaming quality, never had technical issues, could access everything except amazon prime I believe. purchased one for my grandmother too, love it. you can activate the access even if you’re far from the system. helped my grandmother set it up while I was living in NC and she was in PA

    Let me state from the get-go that I am not techie at all. . .Didn't even consider updating my older Roku remote, but when presented with a Best Buy gift card, I decided to give it a try. The instructions were easy to understand, and with the exception of plugging it into the wrong slot at the back of the TV (like I said), it was working in no time.
