    The Roku has worked for my spare room just great but setting it up was terrible. I had to call them and every time you get a guy named Sam and he wants you to pay to get it working. Well people don't do it cause in bold letters on my TV screen it says Roku never charges for that! I did finally get it working and did not pay anyone!!!

    Really works well and we were able to get rid of our cable boxes with this. Would have gave a 5 put setup is a little confusing with them asking for a credit card when I am not buying any apps. Kind of not gives you any options at one point other than giving them a credit card. Had to call customer service o eventually set up.

    The buttons don't last long on the remote but the device itself is still working perfectly. There maybe should be stronger 3m tape or adhesive, as it doesn't stick well/long.
