My objective was using the Roku to replace a Comcast set top box. My salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This might be due to limits in their content, technical issues, or a choice to use lower resolutions for better compatibility with different devices and internet speeds. If they have not encoded their videos in 1080p, the Roku will display them at a lower resolution. I was very pleased with the speed that the apps load. Fire Stick was horribly slow. Works great with my Xfinity app.
