The only new Roku devices available are the HD Roku Express and non-plus(+) models that typically come with a Simple Remote. We STILL cannot get local Hawaii TV channels. The instructions are confusing online and we don't have the prompts that they indicate. We've tried for days a few weeks ago and gave up. We can only watch special channels like Roku, Netflix since we have a Netflix account. I don't recommend purchasing this brand of TV.

She could not complete the set up on her own, a bit complicated with the different accounts (assuming you want Hulu or something). But after a tedious start, she is able to navigate and watch her shows.

Haven't had any problems since. Sometimes the adhesive tape unsticks from the tv not often.
