    It was a little rough to install. Not the hardware but online. But the service number did a real good job in helping. Once one is installed, any future are painless. It takes awhile to figure out how to get live tv. My only complaint is how long it takes to get the tv on when you are in a hurry such as mornings. You must turn on the tv then use Roku remote and do another 3 steps to get the tv on. Yes, you can use the app on your phone, but you cannot voice command within the app such as your cable carrier.
