He suggested it to our folks and they loved it! Well, I decided to jump on the bandwagon and was surprised at how simple and easy it was to set up. I don't have cable so the Roku allows me to get access to shows through other accounts such as Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Netflix. I love it!

Very Easy to use, almost like Plug and Go, I guess that's why it's called Roku-Express. Adding channels thru the use of your smartphone or tablet makes it real simple and easy. My husband and I are both in our 50's and not so tech-savvy so I strongly recommend this to everybody. We're very satisfied!

On the recommendation of the sales person, I decided on the mid-priced Roku. I was hesitant to purchase as I thought it would be a complicated process to set up and use, but it was neither. I have been enjoying my Roku and all the features/options that it allows.

The Spectrum App was already downloaded so all that I had to do was follow the 6 EASY steps. It works great, which allowed me to turn in my cable box and DVR. I am now using the Cloud DVR through my ROKU.

On subsequent turn-on it keeps disconnecting now and then. Don’t know what’s causing the disconnect and I know its not the wi-fi. Thought about returning it but so far its been okay. Only had it for 2 weeks so I will continue to monitor it and decide later weather to return it.

I ended up getting an upgraded remote because this if for my 90 year old mother in law and the remote that came with it does not have a power button . I was also surprised that this did not come with an adapter. I had to use one of my phone charger adapters to plug it in .
