Love the roku

Easy to operate, great customer service

The connection was relatively easy, even on the oldest TV, although I did contact customer service to find out how to add the app for my cable company. Not much different than my old Roku, but these are a cost-cutting lifesaver for those of us who need cable for sports channels.

Love my ROKU

Returned and bought Roku streaming stick.

Good for older tvs that aren't 4K capable

Lacks a dedicated on/off button with the TV on the remote and no volume, so I cannot give it a 5 for that.

Cutting cable by using Roku
