This is my second purchase of this model and so far no problems. I will be cutting the cord soon and hope these do the trick for my situation.

At first I had a difficult time using the Roku. Friends told me to disregard the instructions. Just "play" with it. Previously I just turned the tv on and watched. Once I realized the "apps" it came together. A lot can be done with the Roku. Suggest you read the instructions.
