||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This will be our 4th roku! We keep getting them for each tv in each room and now as gifts for family. Always works well, and we can stream more things than our smart TVs can- the tv’s always seem to have incompatibility with some streaming apps. They will occasionally need to be reset, but the problems always resolve after a hard reset where I unplug power from the sensor block for 60 seconds (such as freezing which occurs maybe once like every other month)
