I wanted to watch CW shows from App on my TV and this worked great. I am able access more streaming services to watch movies for free. The Roku is small and easy to set up. I like that it does not take up much space and is very fast to stream shows with no lag or choppiness. The price is great too as it was the cheapest available one in my area to pick up from Best Buy, compared to the more expensive models. This one is perfect for basic / light use to stream movies and TV shows.

Bought this to replace earlier model that would no longer access Hulu. This was an inexpensive replacement that worked great on an Insignia TV. You don't need a lot of bells and whistles to stream LOTS of channels!

Before we bought the Roku, we did most of our streaming via apps on a game system or a disk player. Some of those were not updating any longer. This has simplified things. It's so small!

Great price, easy to set up and configure. Even has an app for my Plex server, which my Smart TV or Blu-Ray player didn't have.

It works I found it to be an easy and inexpensive way to watch streaming service on an old television. Since I have 2 others it didn’t seem too hard to hook up. What other alternatives are there?

It is a very good product, easy to install and use and good value for money. The only comment is the does not have volume control.

From start to finish setting the Roku Express up was a breeze. Even downloading other apps was simple.

Easy to use, set up and transport. This is my kind of device. But, is comes with a short HDMI cord...that's my only complaint. And honestly, its almost not worth mentioning. Sweet pricing of this item.

While modern TV's are becoming more intuitive with many of these apps built-in, this device allows for the conversion of non-smart televisions into smart televisions without having to replace the entire television. There's no doubt that that the device allows you to download an array of apps, depending on your preferences. The best part is, the device itself does not require a subscription, thus, if you choose free apps, you can essentially stream with no recurring fees.

I love this simple, fast, easy to set up Roku. We own about 5 of them. You know Roku is doing something correct when my 92 yr old Grandfather who doesnt read english can easily navigate roku all day long and find the content he wants. It is such a breeze to use the remote and the layout of the interface. Offcourse roku has expensive ones, but for bedrooms, and kids rooms, and lounge rooms this works 100000% fine. No issues whatsoever

Recently ditched cable and bought these for all the tvs in the house. Work great! Just wish this one had the voice remote too.
