This Roku streaming interface can't be beat. I have two Amazon Firesticks, but prefer Roku. It's easier to navigate and I can actually download the Spectrum app for my cable. Buying this allows me to return a cable box and save the monthly fee! Note: If you have a 4K (Ultra HD) TV, you may want to upgrade to the 4K model. This one is perfect for my slightly older HD TV.

Works great. Easy to install but I would buy the next one up because with this one you need the TV remote plus the Roku remote.

Perfect for what I needed it for. My firestick died, and I decided to try Roku instead. It actually is smoother to navigate and less laggy than firestick. Simple to set up all of my subscribed apps and sign in.

We got this for our living room tv to replace a fire stick. This runs much faster then the fire stick ever did and meets our streaming needs perfectly. Also the instructions say to have the box on top of the TV or on the entertainment center so the remote will work, but I placed it on the back of the TV so you can't see it and the remote works just fine. Very happy with my purchase.

My family has been using Roku devices since we dropped our dish account 8 or so years ago now. We bought this Express HD to replace an older Streaming Stick in a child's bedroom that was just becoming really slow and laggy. He's happy with the better speed and responsiveness he has now and otherwise it works just as well as any Roku should.

Set up pretty easy, but then had to call their special number because it wouldn't connect. They said I had to add a firewall to our wifi system so they helped me set up a firewall and security at quite an additional expense! Now it seems to work great with netflix but amazon prime starts and then keeps stopping and just keeps buffering....but I hear this is a common complaint with amazon!!

I got this for my daughter who has a 50' plasma tv that is not smart. She is able to stream and do all the things she needs for entertainment. Defintely worth the price rather than buying a new tv right now.

A good entry level device for streaming. Wished I had gotten the next level up that also controlled the volume. Other than that it's been great.

I access my streaming subscriptions and a lot of free stuff via Roku. I've actually bought 4 of these...one for each of my TVs and gave two as gifts. It's a one-stop 'viewing hub.' I suspect it's a good thing if you travel - either as a snow bunny or if you have a cabin in the woods.

I still have a 720p TV, so the basic model more than meets my needs. I find Roku has more channels than FireTV. I had no trouble connecting the device to my home Wi-Fi. I have had this for over a year, and it has not given me any trouble. Great value if you can buy it on sale.
