It works okay as a basic streamer, but can't turn a TV on or turn the volume up or down or mute. Entry level to the Roku platform, works well, but not overall great value for money. Better to buy a higher end one and get the added features.

I'm only not giving it 5 stars because it took a while for us to figure out how to do the Spectrum functions. For example, how to bring up the screen to find, "on demand". It has been great, though, because we used to get Spectrum via the Xbox and when the old Xbox died, we could no longer use the tv. Now, my son can watch his football games in the family room and I can watch MSNBC in the living room.

This model loads the apps very fast. The wireless adapter seems to be less sensitive to low signal to the router.

Missed that one I guess

I needed a new cord for my Samsung TV, and the sales person was very helpful. There was not a long line in Customer Service, and I was able to take care of everything quickly.
