Great product they need to add a night light and a way change the channel

Te item was readily available. Installation was very easy. The item performed as advertised. Able to see many streaming channels. It is a great streaming device.

This unit worked well for several months and recently began to freeze and lose wifi connection. It is a good unit, but needs stronger ability to wifi.

I gave this four stars simply because after using it for a while I wish I would have spent the money for the better unit. It works great for streaming but doesn't have a way to connect an adapter to it to run an ethernet cable.

Problem with the package not being delivered on the day promise. Due to Best Buy not adding my apartment number not added to package labeling. Only two apartments and the driver did not deliver it until the next day.

Although this works perfectly, upgrade to the Roku - Express 4K+ (2021) Streaming Media Player with Voice Remote and TV Controls. It is well worth it to have voice control and the ability to turn on and off the TV and control volume from one remote.

Roku works as well as your internet connection. The only issue is it is difficult to navigate, especially with no 'page down' functionality. I have not been able to find some streaming services, such as, HBO Max, which I would have access through my TV subscription to HBO.

Wish the remote had Bach to see previous movie too much searching not enough direction how to use and number to use for my cable streaming

We wanted to lower our cable bill by getting rid of our extra cable boxes and this was perfect. We could still watch our favorite cable channels but not pay a monthly fee.

I have the stick which overheats. This is much better and trouble-free. Bought one for someone else and installed. Liked it enough to buy a second one a week later for myself.

I bought a few of these to replace cable boxes for some of my older flat screen TV's. The interface is a little choppy, and the remote control is spongy. In comparison, the Amazon Firestick is much more ergonomic and smoother to use.

This is low end but works wonderfully. We don't have 4k nor dvr needs. The HD output is great. I would recommend if you do not have elevated requirements.

Item was not compatible with Xfinity Comcast therefore I was not able to use as intended. Therefore I returned it, but if you need it for casting it should work well

Got tired of paying for ridiculous cable bill. Got a Roku tv and set this up w my Samsung TV (also bought at Best but! It works like magic and has tons of tv channel options!

Greatest buy of the year. Bought it as a gift for my mom as she didn’t want to get rid of her old tv.

Easy setup. Worked perfectly with my Harmony 650. Good reception from the router. This unit is in the lower level and router is in the upper level of the house.
