Adding another remote to the two we already have was a mistake. While having access to several streaming services is nice, it’s confusing since we already have a smart television with already logged in status.

Nice and useful cheaper than a cable box for the price

Couldn’t use. My tv is old and has only 1 hdmi port I like the idea of it but need to find out what kind of adapter I need to make it work. It needs the hdmi to connect to receiver. I’m holding on to it till I have time to figure it out

I've had a number of devices, but my mom decided to get one of these instead of the ultra... and this darn thing requires reseting more often than most my other devices. It's a pain to keep unplugging. When it works, it works fine.

I am not able to use it on my TV's because I believe it is because of the cable company ! When I had Verizon no problem . I switch to Spectrum and It does not let me install the Roku I I will soon purchase a New TV with Roku already installed !

Does what it needs to. Not the fastest, or highest quality streaming, but works well enough. Only complaint about Roku devices is that their licensing requirements often mean networks and apps end up no longer working.

Easy to use. Not expensive, it was less than $20.

This is not a good device. I did not know that "simple remote" means it has no volume control. That makes it pretty useless. I will return it.

The product is very good but it arrived in a really beat up box. The batteries were already dead and the double stick tape was already used. This product was either a demo or a return. Best Buy should inspect their out going orders more closely.

This Roku Express is possibly the worst product I have ever purchased. While watching, playing back a recording, and sometimes just for nothing, it cuts off and returns to the home screen. Then you have to make your way back to your streaming service and the show you were watching, which takes forever. Don't ever pause, fast forward, or rewind on a recording, or it is sure to cut out and return to the home screen. Evidentally, this is a common problem that people complain about on line (just check it out for yourself), and Roku simply doesn't care or bother to respond. I've since bought a Fire Stick to replace Roku and it works beautifully, even has voice commands, and it's cheaper. DO NOT BUY THIS ROKU PRODUCT!!!

I bought the Roku Express in order to stream youtubetv. Works great! But the device tends to overheat (producing an error message on TV). Manufacturer sent an HDMI extension cable but it doesn't work and I will be returning it to them.

It has done what it was purchased for. To bring Youtube to a non-smart TV. It is a bit challenging in that it has no memory of what it did the day before so it I am constantly having to wait for the Youtube app to download...

Clerk said there weren’t many differences in all the models. One big thing that wasn’t on this module no voice control. Time consuming and frustrating trying to find programs.
