    I bought this one try to replace my old one. However,it is not working because this remote control has no power on/off button and no volume control button. It is a piece of junk to me.

    Only had for three months and now does not work at all. Remote has major issues and will not work properly even with brand new batteries.

    I’m very upset with this purchase. I was unaware that the remote didn’t have volume buttons and the roku plug in moves very slow. it literally was a waste of money.

    I am just not digital oriented. My grandson installed and it worked while he was here. I did not learn then how to make it work. I need a knowledgeable person who can visit and insure all of my electronics work and I am trainef
