    Good Roku device that does what it should. Just wish it had a power button.

    Had to return this product back to the store. The roku over heated and did not work right. Disappointed.

      As a reminder, you may want to try finding a cooler location for your Roku player. For example, avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight, or inside a cabinet (or other enclosed space). Similarly, avoid placing the unit on top of other electronic devices such as cable boxes, routers, or audio/video receivers, as these also tend to emit heat.

    Consistently drops its connection

    I got this specifically for Disney+ since it isn't on my "Smart" TV. Figured it was a logical move. It was working great until 5-10 minutes into any show it loses it's Internet connection. Everything else in my house still works, but not the Roku. It is also right next to my modem/router and often it will let me reconnect right away. I used to be a big fan of Roku, but this has been a horrible experience.

    Was not happy with this roku stick it only.ladted 25 days before it totally would not connect to the wifi,i spent hours trying to figure it out and finally had to return it and went with the stick roku instead. Very unhappy with this product cheap and slow, best bet is spending 30 dollars more and getting the highe quality roku streaming stick

    Stopped working when I went passed the returned date. Replaced batteries, nothing works.

    Unit worked great for 3 weeks, the went pop and quit working. Does not come with a power supply s I had to go back and buy one. Get a different Roku model. I love Roku but do not like this unit.

    For some reason the frame rate was off with this device and people’s lip movements didn’t match the words coming out of their mouths... I’m done with external roku devices. I’ll just buy a Roku TV

    Can not use anymore. Need to return it. Ordered one from Amazon (6/11/20) got it in 2 days (6/13/20). From Bestbuy, ordered on the 10th of June, promised delivery on the 11 of June, never happened. Received 6/18/20, very disappointing. Will not order from Bestbuy anymore and will tell friends and relatives regarding ordering experience and false delivery web advertisements.

    I bought it for Youtube TV. Frequently when attempting to watch live TV there is a wait of many minutes before it exits a black screen and displays the channel. It is not a WIFI issue because other services are fine and buffering never occurs once the first wait has passed. Numerous reports of this behavior on the Internet and I have tried everything recommended. Nothing has worked.
