I have smart tv and also a Apple TV player, but I can’t download many new apps on the player or old smart tv, so One of my friend recommend Roku, it does allowed me to download additional streaming apps on one click. Thanks Roku, now I can watch the shows I want to watch!

I purchased one of these for my office and it was very easy to set up. So I purchased another one for a Christmas gift.

This is an awesome little device that gives you so many options for watching streaming services. I got this so we could watch Netflix on our non smart TV. It’s so great and is a good price, I’m thinking of getting another one, since Hulu doesn’t work on our smart Tv anymore.

Great remote. It made streaming really easy. Took out of and very simple to install get working quickly.

Got if for a friend’s mother & she loves how easy it is to use and that she can stream the shows she loves and it’s easy to travel with

Very useful, took it with me on a trip to Latin America. The "Roku" channel itself does not work outside the US but everything else did as long as you have internet. I would give it 5 stars but the picture quality is a bit washed out, not sure if it was the TV I using but the menu options for this cheaper version is very limited.

It is doing what I expected it to do and is allowing me to stream tv shows.

Love this for my old tv and traveling. It's definitely nice and simple.

Roku is such a magical device. Easy to setup an even easier to use. Even with a smart TV I would rather have the Roku interface

Cutting the Cable with Roku saves a ton of money. I’m using this plus a decent external antenna to receive over air broadcasts for local stations. Tired of being a slave to cable that doesn’t work half the time, crappy customer support, frequent outages and just plain misery. I’ll keep internet services but that’s all. Just try to get a live human being with half a brain to answer a question in times of need is like trying to pew up a downspout. I’m done.

Love my Roku. Easy set up. Easy for non-tech person to access streaming services. I also like the Roku free channel.

I find this unit good, but not as good as the other Roku models. It works on the slower wireless radio band, and it seems to loose the ability play (Hulu) right in the middle of a program. This happens infrequently but does happen. I’m troubleshooting so see if its my wireless or the placement of the unit. On the other hand, the picture quality is superb, remote works great. If i figure it out, I’ll update the review.

I've had this for over a year now and I haven't had any real issues...it's doing what it is meant to do. Every now and then, the Roku home menu drops to a lower resolution (i.e. "zooms in" so that all of the icons are much larger than they should be), but it doesn't affect navigation and tends to correct itself. The reason I got this lower-end Roku was because I was connecting it to an old 720p TV, so not sure if the old TV is what confuses the resolution from time to time. But it works well with my wifi (I do have a pretty reliable wifi setup) and gets the job done. I also have a couple Roku Ultras connected to nicer TVs, and do sometimes wish I had the nicer remote and the remote locator...but just didn't seem worth the extra fifty bucks for a lower res TV.

I wasn't so sure how well the Roku would work, especially the Express version, but to my surprise, it works really well! There are many options for viewing and the ability to add a lot of apps, streaming is smooth and it's easy to set up. Definitely recommend!

Love it specifically because it’s compatible with spectrum

I am throughly enjoying the simplicity of this streaming device compared to others. Only problem I have is… it’s on the same frequency as my tower fan.

Overall good product and performs as expected at a very good price.

Not much to say - the order was processed efficiently, item arrived quickly, and now I can again access my favorite programs/movies. Price was most reasonable. Very satisfied.
