    The setup is a little tricky. You will need a credit card to set up the Roku. Plus when you are starting it up and trying to get to a channel, I feel that there are too many clicks. I also have a Chromecast and the set up and operation is easier.

    I paid extra for this unit and it wasn't compatible with my tv it doesn't turn it on and off and do the volume like advertised. I called customer service at ROKU and you might as well just throw it against the wall you would have just as much success ... they really don't care at all.

    A couple years later and I regularly need to disconnect this and connect it again to fix glitches like the stream buffering endlessly, no sound, the remote stops working, etc. Kind of annoying. Not sure what the problem is.

    Purchased to replace older Roku that was no longer being supported. Easy setup, but USB on my TV was not able to power it so I plugged it into a wall outlet. It can only be connected via WiFi and the range seems to be pretty short. Have had to move around to get signal. Works well when it has signal.
