Avoid All Roku Devices
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Says "Excellent" WiFi signal yet won't stay connected even as the Roku is is resting ON the router. Unfortunately, I bought 2 and they're both useless. I'm giving the entire Roku company 1 star because they have absolutely NO customer service to speak of. I would give them zero stars if I could because having no customer service makes them an irrelevant company. They could care less about their customers.

I use You Tube TV (checked to make sure they support which they did) and now they stopped supporting You Tube TV? Every other streaming service does. Frustrated that I bought Roku now it is garbage. Feels like a bait and switch. Will never purchase Roku anything again.

There were 3 of them and I had to go interrupt their conservation to ask where the Roku was in the store. Lady at cash register was very short and not helpful about my online order.

Numerous wifi problems even though I had excellent signal strength. No 5.0 GHz option. Required my credit card information or bank account to setup. Returned for Amazon fire stick which was setup in of 15 minutes.
