Roku Express - Make Older TVs Roku-Capable w/ HDMI

It lets them dip their toes in using Roku for Discovery+, YouTube, and possibly Sling in the future, without dropping them headfirst into a platform too far over their heads. I think the only important things to note with this particular product is that you will still have to use your TV's volume and power controls, and you need to make sure that the HDMI cord remains plugged in tight. Apart from that, this product does the job.

The unit works fine streaming without issues.

A great value for those without 4K TVs

I must admit that I am blown away. Transitioning from a second generation Chromecast to Roku Express was an unbelievable upgrade. The Roku has the same interface as all other Roku streaming devices. It isn't designed for 4K Tvs, and you lose some functionality on the remote compared to more expensive Roku devices. But by downloading the android app, you can utilize some of those lost features including voice commands. I highly recommend Roku and this device in particular.
