Got this for an older LG tv without an OS and a terrible controller design. Apart from being easy to set up, this players' Roku operating system places it far beyond any regular tv's operating system. The controller is also the best out of any tv's though a bit small

I got this Roku for my spare bedroom, I didn't need anything super fancy because it won't get used that often. Easy to set up, works very well, and does what you need it to. Works well for a spare room, kids room, or any room that you don't need all the fancy bells and whistles in.

In my opinion, ROKU sets the standard for managing apps and streaming services. I have a smart TV that I choose ROKU over the built in capabilities because it works easier and faster in many cases. I have 6 ROKUs and love them all

Excellent streaming player for travelers. This Roku is extremely small and easy to take anywhere. Roku may have the simplest platform for streaming devices, but, it’s also the smoothest. I have no idea why people are still buying firesticks!

So easy to activate even a child could do it! I am not a techie person. I was ready to dump two old TVs that were not Smart TVs. Instead I purchased a RoKu Express Player from Best Buy. What a deal. I followed the instructions and within minutes I turned the old TV into a Smart TV and it never looked this good before! I am only interested in free TV and there is plenty of that. I do have Spectrum service but did not have to a pay anything additional to get that service on this TV.

This roku is 2019 item it is fast , so fast that it turns a old tv like LCD tv to a fast machine specially all apps that are available for anyone as free such exercise or cooking or shopping or movies and classic tv live tv and ducomentries programs all in a roku express I mean come on !

Super easy to manipulate. Amazing features, lots of apps to choice from, including FREE! Streaming is amazing and love that when my kids lose the remote, I can just use one from another room or even my phone!

used to update my old smart tv to have more current tv apps. works great as basic low cost option, it did the job to smarten up my older smart tv to add channels I was missing. also consider the upgraded roku with voice command - super handy if you are willing to pay the extra cost.

These are terrific. Switched from cable and my older TV’s needed access to HULY, Netflix and all the other options, this device gives ma lots of options. East to hookup, easy to use, not to big. Perfect

I would give it a 5 star rating if there was a way to control volume and power for the TV on the same remote. I have used Apple TV, and the fire stick. This is better than either one. It’s simple to use, and gives me access to everything I use, that being - Apple TV, Netflix, Prime, Hulu+. Very satisfied with this product. Oh, and one other thing, the ability to use my phone as a remote and also for sound through my ear pods is a great option.

The price of the Roku-Express player that I purchased from Best Buy was quite reasonable. It was delivered on the day promised. I was very pleased with the ease of connection and operation of the device. I have been greatly enjoying the Roku service and expect to continue doing so.

This was very easy to set up proven by allowing my 11 year old grand daughter to install. I really liked that once we logged into our internet account that all of the apps on our other Roku devices allowed us to log into all of those apps without having to reenter passwords.

I wanted to buy a Roku for my bedroom upstairs, so I picked this model because it suited my purpose. It was easy to install once I found the right HDMI outlet. Then the system guides you through the set up step by step. I got it for a good price to over the holidays.

Needed for non-smart TV. Easy to operate. Small profile. Power obtained from USB cable. Picture is great for a 40 inch television

It works great this roku works on any tv it’s very fast and efficient, the best part that it’s cheap, I like the controller it’s very useful and Easy to use I recommend this if you don’t have a smart tv.
