    It's easy to use but found it a bit slow compared to a TV with Roku integrated. I prefer the Amazon Fire stick because I can have the Dish Anywhere App and use it wherever I go.

    The remote works fine but they were out of the one I really wanted so I went ahead and grabbed this one not realizing it had no tv controls. My fault for not paying attention but personally I don't think they should even make one without tv controls, however, that's not Best Buy's fault. Still lovin' BB.

    We purchased this as a second streaming device for a different TV in our home. It works great but the only thing I didn't realize was that you cannot control the TV with the remote as you can with the more expensive ROKU model.

    Best Buy has a good selection of Roku's and prices are great. Purchased one last month. So far have brought 3. There is always in stock

    I was disappointed that this Roku remote does not turn the tv on or off or control the volume like my other ones do. You have to also use the tv remote. It was the only one available and I needed it that day for my rental unit.
